2024 Pass Information - Available Now!

Use your Zooseum Pass to explore the Family Museum and the Niabi Zoo throughout the summer. This 6 month pass allows your group of up to 5 people general admission to both venues from April 15 through October 15, 2024.**Please see note below. Passes can be purchased at the Family Museum or online for $125 now.

Zooseum Passes purchased online Saturday and/or Sunday will NOT be processed until the next regular business day.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Pass will be good April 15 – October 15, 2024 **Please see note below
• Price is $125
• Up to 5 people in one party may use the pass at a time
• Parties with more than 5 people will be charged the group rate for any additional guests
• The Zooseum Pass is for admission only. It is not a membership and does not entitle the bearer to any benefits of membership and does not include parking or other add-ons
• Pass may not be used for admission to special events
• The card will not be prorated
• Lost cards will not be replaced
• For individual or family use only. May not be purchased by agencies or organizations for third party use
• Abuse of the program will result in termination of the card

**A Note from the Niabi Zoo:

"Due to the significant damage to facilities and infrastructure caused by the heavy snowfall between January 8-12, 2024, we regret to announce that we will have to postpone the opening of Niabi Zoo to April 30, 2024. This decision has been made to allow our team sufficient time to assess the damage and develop a plan for the restoration of the zoo. We are committed to reopening as soon as possible and providing you with an enriching and memorable experience when you visit.

Additionally, as a token of our appreciation for your understanding and patience during this time, we are pleased to announce that we will be extending the validity of your Zooseum Season Pass until October 27, 2024. This extension means that you will have the opportunity to use your pass for Boo at the Zoo, which will take place after the original expiration date of October 15, 2024. Please note that this extension is only applicable for Niabi Zoo and does not apply to admission to the Family Museum.

Furthermore, we want to inform you that for the entire season, Niabi Zoo will be closed on Mondays except for Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Indigenous Peoples Day. This temporary closure is necessary to facilitate and expedite the completion of our construction projects. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to enhance our facilities for the benefit of both our visitors and our animals.
